Résumé : |
This book deals with one problem, that of good and evil, and limits itself to the realm of classical Jewish thought on the issue. The author does not know if one can describe this field or define it accurately, but in order to attempt to do so, he chose an extract from The Little Prince. This book tells us about a star which a Turkish astronomer discovered in 1909. This man appeared at an astronomical conference and proved the existence of the star clearly, but no one present believed him, due to his strange clothing. A new ruler then took over in Turkey and demanded that its people change their attire for European clothing. In 1920, the Turkish astronomer returned and again proved his discovery. This time he appeared in an elegant western suit, and all accepted his word.
Here we are dealing with classic Jewish thought, i.e., that thought which is still garbed in exotic, non-European clothing, and we will prove that one is, indeed able to change its garb. |
