Résumé : |
J. Rodman Williams is recognized internationally as a leading theologian of the Pentecostal/charismatic movement. His distinguished academic career includes professorships at Austin Presbyterian Seminary and Melodyland School of Theology where he also served as president. Since 1982 he has been professor of theology at Regent University.
"Spirit and Renewal" was compiled to honor Williams on his 75th birth year and the 50th year of his ordination to Christian ministry. Edited by one of Williams’s former students, this volume contains appreciations from colleagues, a curriculum vitae, and a bibliography of Williams’s writings from 1949-1993. Thirteen essays by distinguished scholars covering four subject areas (theology, church history, Old Testament and New Testament) focus on the dual themes of pneumatology and church renewal. |
