A LINGUISTIC KEY TO THE GREEK NEW testament is a translation, revision, and expansion of the German work Sprach-licher Schluessel Zum Griechischen Neuen Testament. The German edition has gone through a number of revisions and has been a useful tool for many students of the New Testament, Its author Fritz Ricnecker originally envisioned two supplementary volumes: one to cover theological concepts in the Scriptures and tire other to explain the historical background of the New Testament world. The English edition has attempted in a limited way to fulfil Ricnecker’s vision by providing not only the original linguistic helps but also additional theological and historical references.
This new volume makes possible a constant and living relation to the original text and should encourage a careful and reflective reading of the Word. It is a helpful source of information for ministers, teachers, and anyone who desires to know the New Testament in a deeper way, Features • Grammatical identification of words.
